Advocate Rajat Kadyan & Associates is a criminal defence and cyber law practice based in Civil Lines, Gurugram. The work is litigation: bail applications, trial defence, account release petitions, quashing petitions and the matrimonial matters that frequently run alongside them.

The practice was built around a gap that still exists in Gurugram's legal market. Cyber crime is prosecuted by units that specialise in it and defended, too often, by advocates who treat it as ordinary cheating.
