What to send before you call
It is not required, but it makes the first conversation far more useful. Photograph whatever you have and send it on WhatsApp:
- The FIR, summons, notice or complaint
- The bank's freeze intimation or lien-marking letter
- The cheque return memo, for a Section 138 matter
- Account statements covering the disputed transaction
- Any correspondence already exchanged with the police or the other side

The chamber is on Civil Line Road in Civil Lines, close to the Gurugram District Courts complex, and is reachable from MG Road, Sector 14 and Old Gurgaon within a few minutes. Parking is available on the road.
